FactionForge: Blockchain infrastructure extension for EVE Frontier - Tax Storage, Smart Gates & Reputation System on Sui.

EVE Frontier PvE Ship Insurance is a decentralized insurance protocol built with Move on Sui that protects player ships only against environment-driven (PvE) risks in EVE Frontier.
The protocol is designed for the EVE Frontier × Sui Hackathon 2026 – “Toolkit for Civilization”, providing an on-chain risk management layer for in-game assets. All policy terms, claims, and payouts are transparent and enforced by smart contracts.
In EVE Frontier, ships are valuable and can be lost permanently due to:
Asteroid collisions
Black hole / gravitational anomalies
Rogue / feral AI drone swarms
Other game-defined environment events
Currently, there is no native, trustless insurance system to protect players from these losses.
Goal: Build a fully on-chain insurance protocol that:
Covers only PvE environmental hazards
Automatically verifies losses using game data and oracles
Pays out trustlessly when conditions are met
Allows the community to underwrite risk and earn yield
PvE-only coverage
Explicitly insures losses caused by environment hazards, strictly excluding PvP and fraudulent/self-inflicted losses.
Automated on-chain claims
Uses Kill Mail data and an Environmental Oracle. Claims are evaluated by deterministic smart contract logic.
Instant payouts
Once a claim is approved, payout is calculated and sent automatically. No manual adjusters or human intervention.
Community underwriting pool
Players can deposit capital to the Insurance Fund and earn a share of premiums proportional to staked capital.
Dynamic risk-based pricing
Premiums depend on:
Ship type
Region risk profile
Historical loss data (via adjustable risk parameters)

The Eternal Chronicle is a decentralized narrative engine that transforms on-chain events from the EVE Frontier blockchain universe into permanent, AI-generated chronicle entries. It monitors the Sui blockchain for milestone events — gate deployments, combat kills, pioneer arrivals, ownership transfers, and more — then runs a six-stage pipeline:
Detect milestone events via the eve-eyes indexer API
Generate narrative prose in an epic, archaic-formal voice using Gemini 2.5 Flash
Generate concept artwork in a dark space-opera aesthetic using Gemini image generation
Upload artwork to Walrus decentralized blob storage
Build individual chronicle HTML pages from templates
Publish a static site to Walrus Sites with a hero carousel and chronological feed
Each chronicle entry is idempotent (tracked by transaction digest), cost-tracked, and permanently stored on decentralized infrastructure. The system supports three modes: continuous watch polling, single-event processing, and local demo generation.
Tech stack: Node.js (ES Modules), Gemini AI (via OpenAI-compatible SDK), Walrus blob storage & Sites, Vitest + Playwright for testing.

Frontier Nexus is the civilization toolkit for EVE Frontier — a decentralized trade network powered by Sui Move smart contracts paired with a real-time galaxy intelligence dashboard.
Trade Posts turn Smart Storage Units into automated on-chain marketplaces using the typed witness pattern.
The Nexus Dashboard renders all 24,502 solar systems in an interactive 3D star map, streams live blockchain events, explores on-chain assemblies with charts, ranks 372 tribes, plans inter-system routes, and answers natural language queries about the Frontier — all connected to a Sui wallet.

EveRep is a blockchain-based reputation tracking and scoring MVP designed for the EVE Frontier gaming ecosystem. It allows game administrators to record player behavior across five gameplay dimensions — Trade, Combat, Social, Exploration, and Governance — and assigns tier-based reputation levels visible to anyone on-chain.

Sigil is a tribe coordination tool for EVE Frontier. Diplomacy, intel, infrastructure monitoring, and alerts, enforced on-chain via five custom Sui Move contracts deployed to testnet.
- Diplomacy. Set and enforce tribe standings on-chain. Gate access to your smartgates based on those standings. Vote on tribal leadership. Pin diplomatic relationships so they can't be unilaterally changed.
- Intel marketplace. Sell scouting reports as Seal-encrypted listings that buyers decrypt after purchase. Sell anonymously through persistent pseudonyms with on-chain reputation that follows the pseudonym, not you.
- Infrastructure monitoring. Real-time fuel depletion countdowns for every smartgate and turret your tribe controls. Automated Discord alerts when fuel runs low or diplomatic events fire.
- Galaxy map. Interactive 3D point-cloud of all 24,502 solar systems with intel and marketplace overlays. Click a system to see what's been reported there.
- Reputation engine. Processes chain events (kills, gate jumps) in real-time via gRPC checkpoint streaming to compute inter-tribe reputation scores. Scores auto-submit to an on-chain oracle when they cross tier thresholds.
Four major pivots during development. OwnerCap objects can't be shared (no 'store' ability), so custodian-based governance replaced direct multi-sig. Gate locations turned out to be Poseidon2 hashes with an undocumented salt, so I reverse-engineered the World API instead. Turret extensions have a fixed 4-parameter server signature that can't be customized. And ZK proofs for anonymous intel selling got replaced by Seal threshold encryption with persistent pseudonyms, where abandoning a pseudonym means losing all the reputation you built on it.

Bounty Escrow Protocol is the foundational, decentralised task-and-reward infrastructure for the EVE Frontier and SUI ecosystems.
It permanently resolves the classic MMO dilemma of trust—contractors absconding with funds without delivering, or patrons refusing to pay for completed work.
By codifying agreements into trustless, event-driven smart contracts with mathematically secure escrow mechanics, the protocol seamlessly unifies intelligence gathering, PvP warfare, and tribal logistics into a self-sustaining economic loop.
It serves as the composable backbone for decentralised applications, ensuring that when the objective is met, the payout is guaranteed. No intermediaries, no risk of default; just pure, programmable trust.

Frontier Trade Routes is a privacy-aware logistics and intel market built for the EVE Frontier x Sui ecosystem.
Instead of exposing exact live coordinates, the app shows region-level demand and route pressure so players can discover profitable trade activity without turning the interface into a targeting tool. Buyers can publish delivery contracts with budget, minimum reputation, and minimum stake requirements. Carriers accept orders by locking stake, and route information is revealed in stages: pickup first, destination later.
The system combines fuzzy heatmaps, gated order matching, staged reveal, reputation tiers, staking, intel validation, and mutual insurance into a single workflow. This helps players coordinate hauling, evaluate route risk, reward reliable carriers, and protect buyers when runs fail.
In short, Frontier Trade Routes creates a trust layer for player-driven logistics: discover demand, accept work, verify intel, lock stake, protect high-risk routes, and settle outcomes on Sui.

In the vast frontier of space, where stargates connect distant worlds, an ancient presence awaits.
Lucky Captain is a blessing shrine that lives on the stargates of EVE Frontier. When travelers pass through a gate equipped with the shrine, they can seek a blessing from the Walrus Captain, a mystical guardian of the void.
Each blessing is unique, drawn from the deep randomness of the cosmos itself. Some travelers receive a quiet nod of safe passage. Others are granted visions of hidden trade routes, or warnings whispered to their enemies' scanners. The rarest blessings speak of powers that bend the very fabric of space.
Travelers may offer tribute to improve their fortune, though the Captain blesses all who seek him, rich or poor. Gate operators who install the shrine collect offerings from grateful travelers, creating a new reason for pilots to visit their gates.
The experience is simple: arrive at a gate, seek a blessing, and discover what the void has in store for you. A 3D holographic shrine, dramatic ritual animation, and blessings that range from common wisdom to universe-altering prophecy.
Lucky Captain brings culture to a universe of commerce, ritual to a world of transactions, and a little bit of wonder to every jump through the stars.
